Dr. Zaretzky leads all system design, development and implementation efforts of TOS Systems Inc. He is well versed in Object Pascal, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, .Net, ADO, XML/SOAP, ASP, SQL database design, client/server development and object oriented software architecture.
Mary-Jane Rooney
COO
Ms. Rooney oversees all day to day operations of TOS Systems Inc. She is responsible for the development, organization and maintenance of all internal and customer relations processes. She possesses an MBA and degrees in economics.
Rachel dos Santos
Director of Customer Care
Ms. dos Santos is responsible for defining and directing the processes associated with our customer's technical support requirements - including "just in time" training, consulting, and documentation. She possesses an MBA and degrees in English.
Bobbie Jo Butler
User Experience Coordinator
Ms. Butler coordinates and facilitates the testing, network analysis, and flow of all of our solutions and applications in order to optimize our end-user's satisfaction. She possesses extensive experience in instructional technology and web-based systems.
